A joint venture between Rubenstein Partners LP and Onyx Equities LLC sold the office building at 30 Montgomery St. in Jersey City, NJ to American Realty Advisors for $101 million, or about $320 per square foot.

The 16-story, 315,385-square-foot boutique office building was built in 1973 on six-tenths of an acre in the Hudson Waterfront submarket, within one block of NJ Transit’s Exchange Place / PATH station.
