When do recurring or residual commissions start for Associates?
Recurring/residual membership renewal commissions now start at Associate Level 0 – Basic, but at much lower percentages than Associate Level 1 – Fundamental.
Associate Level 0 members get ARC™ access and entry-level renewal commission functionality as an introduction to the system. If the power of recurring or residual income is a major goal, Associate Level 1 – Fundamental remains the stronger and recommended starting point because it provides substantially higher commission percentages.
Who is responsible for my continuing education requirements?
You are responsible for satisfying your state’s continuing education, post-licensing, and renewal requirements.
RealtyPRO® Network may provide access to education resources or discounts, but every licensed professional must remain aware of state deadlines. Failing to complete required education can put your license and referral income at risk.
What happens if my real estate license expires?
If your license expires, you may lose the ability to legally earn referral commissions until it is properly renewed or reinstated.
The best approach is to track your renewal deadlines, complete required education early, and maintain active and ready status. A license that is not current cannot serve as an income-producing asset.
