What is a RealtyPRO® Referral Agent™?
A Referral Agent™ is a licensed real estate professional who earns passive income by referring buyers and sellers to our network of vetted Realtor® Partners, without doing the transaction work themselves.
Do I need to be an active Realtor® to join?
No. You just need a valid real estate license. You don’t need board or MLS memberships to be a Referral Agent™. Being a Realtor® has nothing to do with your license activation status or ability to earn referral commissions.
How much does membership cost?
Basic membership (Level 0) is $199/year. Fundamental membership (Level 1) is $399/year with additional benefits including priority matching and higher ARC™ rates.
What percentage do I earn on referrals?
You earn up to 80% of the referral fee when the transaction closes (75% for Level 0, 80% for Level 1). On a $500K sale with a 3% commission and 25% referral fee, that’s about $3,000 in your pocket.
Do I need to pay MLS or board fees?
No! That’s one of the biggest benefits. Because our brokerage doesn’t belong to any Realtor board or association, you aren’t required to either—saving you $1,000-$1,500+ per year.
How do I submit a referral?
Simply log into your RealtyPRO® account and submit the buyer or seller’s information through our easy referral form. We handle matching them with the right Realtor® Partner and getting a signed commission agreement in place before the transaction begins.
Who handles the actual transaction?
Our vetted Realtor® Partners—experienced agents at independent partner brokerages—handle all showings, negotiations, and paperwork. You simply refer and get paid.
What type of transactions can I earn referral commissions on?
You can earn a referral commission on any closed real estate property sale (residential or commercial) or business sale, as long as you have a valid active real estate license.
Can I refer buyers and sellers anywhere?
Yes! Referrals are brokerage to brokerage, not agent to agent. You can refer buyers and sellers to, from, or within any state in the USA, Canada, and Mexico—even if you live in a different state than where your license is held.
How or when do I get paid?
We send your commission check immediately after we receive the gross referral commission from the closing/title company. Most payments arrive via direct deposit within 2-3 business days after closing.

ARC™ (Automated Referral Commissions™) is our exclusive technology that lets you earn commissions automatically by sharing your personalized tracking link on social media.

How do I keep my license active as a Referral Agent™?
Your license is held at RealtyPRO® Network’s partnered brokerage. We handle the brokerage requirements so you just focus on referrals. You’re responsible for your state’s required continuing education and license renewal fees.
How does this help me qualify for my Broker's license?
Most states require at least 24 months of active license ‘experience’ under a brokerage before you can get your broker’s license. Activating with us starts that experience clock immediately—without the costly Realtor and MLS fees.
What continuing education do I need?
You must complete your state’s required CE hours to maintain your license. We provide access to discounted online CE courses through our partner providers.
