Out of state referral example.

In-state referral example.

RealtyPRO® Associate referral agents do not have to live in the state they are licensed in (the perfect solution if you are moving out of state).
RealtyPRO® Associates can choose which agent they want the referral to go to, but you must let us know first and we’ll make the arrangements.

Here’s how it works…

As a RealtyPRO® Associate referral agent, you get paid for supplying referrals that result in closed transactions by our experienced pre-qualified RealtyPRO Advisor Realtors (or a Realtor of your or your referral’s choice) – and they do all the work! Referral submission is simple…just fill out the online referral form, and everyone will be immediately notified to start the process. We’ll create the referral agreement, and an experienced professional RealtyPRO® Advisor will then start helping your customer referral. RealtyPRO® Advisor agents are the most trusted and experienced agents in their specialty, so naturally have the highest skills and abilities to actually get the transaction to close, and you to get paid.

You agree that you will not act as a sales associate in a regular sales agent / client capacity. You will be hands-off to this transaction. You won’t be a Realtor, so will not have MLS access or be able to list properties. But, you also don’t have to pay any high cost Realtor board dues, multiple listing service (MLS) dues, franchise fees, lock box key fees, office fees, advertising, or any other miscellaneous fees that are typical to being a Realtor.

Upon the closing of the subject property, we compensate referral Associates an 80% split of the full referral commission to RealtyPRO Network, which is up to 25% of the selling commission earned by the full service Realtor/Advisor that we sent the referral to. We always require and create a signed commission agreement with that Realtor’s qualifying broker before the referral’s contact information is given out.

RealtyPRO® Associate Referral Agent – Frequently Asked Questions

Is a RealtyPRO® Associate the same thing as a real estate referral agent?

Yes, and no. A RealtyPRO® Associate is RealtyPRO® Network’s branded version of a licensed Referral Agent™, but “on steroids”.

RealtyPRO® Network’s founder Daniel Biro is the innovator that created the Referral Agent™ brokerage model. The important difference is that RealtyPRO® Associates do not merely “park” a license in a dormant sleep state and let it sit unused, as the companies trying to copy RealtyPRO® Network want licensees to do. No, instead they become part of RealtyPRO® Network’s professional referral community and can use RealtyPRO®’s exclusive ARC™ Referral Management System to help generate real estate and membership referral income on autopilot™.

A simple explanation with regards to RealtyPRO®‘s Referral Agent™ system is: RealtyPRO® Network is the original innovative brokerage that helps licensed real estate professionals stop the exhausting Realtor® grind or merely parking their valuable license in a dormant state, and start leveraging it and putting it to work for them through passive or active referrals, their Digital Business Card (DBC), their personal ARC™ System (Automated Referral Commissions™) with potential recurring/residual income, and a premier professional community.

The shortest version is: you Leverage Your Real Estate License™ to work for you by passively or actively referring people, an experienced Advisor handles the entire transaction, and you get paid when the deal closes. “The Premier Community. Leading You Home™“.

Your real estate referral income depends on the property price, commission amount, referral fee percentage, your membership level, whether the transaction closes, and how much effort you put into referring.

A common real estate referral fee may be a percentage of the receiving agent’s commission. RealtyPRO® Associates can earn meaningful ROI income from just a few closed referrals per year or even over several years, especially compared to paying traditional fees while doing little or no production. And RealtyPRO®‘s exclusive ARC™ System helps you increase your earnings beyond just real estate referrals to earn new membership referral commissions too. Even better, starting at Level 1 membership, the ARC™ System also includes recurring/residual income.

A typical real estate referral fee is often around 20% to 35% of the receiving agent’s commission, with 25% being a common benchmark.

The exact amount can vary by transaction, state, brokerage agreement, property type, and the parties involved. RealtyPRO® Network helps structure the referral process so the agreement is handled and locked-in before client information is shared.

You get paid after the real estate transaction successfully closes and RealtyPRO® Network receives the referral commission check.

The timing can vary depending on title, escrow, brokerage processing, and payment method. The important point is that real estate referral commissions are closing-based: no closing usually means no commission.

If the referred transaction does not close, no referral commission is paid.

That is standard in real estate. The good news is that RealtyPRO® Associates can continue submitting additional referrals, use ARC™ System automations, and build multiple opportunities instead of just depending on one deal as with just “parking” your real estate license in a dormant semi-active state. RealtyPRO® Network created Referral Revenue Stacking™. And starting with Level 1, Associates can use their powerful personalized ARC™ System link to also grow a substantial continuous flow of recurring commissions (residual income) on referred membership renewals.

We made it very easy to submit the buyer, seller, investor, or other client information through RealtyPRO® Network’s online referral process within our member system.

The online submission process only takes a few minutes for our RealtyPRO®s from within their account. Then we take over from there. RealtyPRO®‘s goal is to document the referral, match the client with an experienced partnered Realtor® Advisor (which the Associate can also choose), put the appropriate contractual referral agreement in place with the accepting brokerage before sensitive client contact details are released, and then track the referral to closing.

Yes. RealtyPRO® Network created a proprietary platform and system to keep the Associate reasonably informed about the status of the referral throughout the process, including major milestones such as referral agreement execution, contact, active representation, contract, closing, and payment.

RealtyPRO® Network’s proprietary referral process reinforces trust by showing Associates that their relationships are being handled professionally. Our founding pioneer Daniel Biro did all the work creating this model from scratch, which some dishonest brokers have superficially tried to copy and mislead the public as “their model” (but their timelines don’t add up). So we have the founding experience to know what is most important for everyone involved.

A RealtyPRO® Associate is a licensed real estate professional Referral Agent™, who earns referral commissions without personally handling showings, negotiations, contracts, or closings.

Instead of working as a traditional sales agent, a RealtyPRO® Associate refers buyers, sellers, investors, or other real estate clients to experienced RealtyPRO® Advisors / Realtor® Partners who handle the transaction. They can also earn commissions for referring new members into RealtyPRO® Network, and even earn recurring residual income. The Associate’s role is to make the connection, protect the referral through RealtyPRO® Network’s system, and get paid when the qualifying transaction closes.

Your percentage split depends on your Associate membership level and the applicable RealtyPRO® Network commission schedule.

Associate Level 0 has lower commission percentages, while Associate Level 1 offers higher commission opportunities including entry-level recurring/residual income earnings on referred membership renewals at Level 0, with substantially higher renewal commission percentages at Level 1. This is why members who plan to actively use the ARC™ System and want to build more referral income may prefer starting with Level 1, or higher if available.
