Submit a Referral
Once you click the Submit button below, you will immediately receive 1 or 2 automated emails:
1) A confirmation email with the information you submitted. Please TRIPLE VERIFY all information is correct BEFORE CLICKING SUBMIT.
2) You now have the ability below to turn this on or off – an email sent to the customer referral and BCC’d to you. To the customer it looks like it came directly from you, letting them know that you referred them to our Network and someone will contact them. They can also reply to that email back to you. The referral will also receive an instant welcome email from RealtyPRO Network stating the same. Selecting “No” below cancels both of these emails.
Associates buying or selling your own property: Use your own name and contact info as the referral (you are essentially referring yourself). Remember, by law all commissions must be paid through or approved by your brokerage RealtyPRO Network; no behind the scenes rebates or reductions allowed.
Please be as specific as possible below – triple verify. Also immediately let your referral know that a RealtyPRO® Network representative will be contacting them, or have them email (info@realtypronetwork.com) or call us directly (561-223-1993).

Submit a Buyer or Seller Referral – FAQs
Can I refer a home buyer?
Yes. RealtyPRO® Associates can refer home buyers to vetted experienced Advisors / Realtor® Partners.
You can choose your own experienced Realtor® or we will choose one for you. The experienced Advisor handles the entire process: buyer consultation, property search, showings, offer writing, negotiation, inspections, and the closing process. The Associate earns the referral commission if the transaction closes under the applicable Referral Agreement. RealtyPRO® Network created the Referral Agent™ model and simplified and automated the referral submission process.
Can I refer a home seller?
Yes. RealtyPRO® Associates can refer sellers to vetted experienced Advisors / Realtor® Partners.
You can choose your own experienced Realtor® or we will choose one for you. The experienced Advisor handles the entire process: pricing, listing strategy, marketing, negotiations, contract management, and closing. The Associate’s role is to make the referral and protect the relationship through RealtyPRO® Network’s process. The Associate earns the referral commission if the transaction closes under the applicable Referral Agreement. RealtyPRO® Network created the Referral Agent™ model and simplified and automated the referral submission process.
Can I refer real estate investors?
Yes. Investors can be excellent referral opportunities when matched with an experienced Advisor who understands investment property, income analysis, rental markets, renovation risk, and exit strategy.
An investor referral should go to someone qualified for the investor’s specific goals, whether residential rentals, flips, multifamily, commercial property, 1031 exchanges, or other investment categories. RealtyPRO® Network created the Referral Agent™ model and simplified and automated the referral submission process.
Can I refer someone buying new construction?
Yes. New construction referrals can be valuable, but they must be handled correctly because a builder’s buyer and agent registration rules vary.
With new construction referrals, the Associate (or RealtyPRO® Network) does not refer the buyer to any 3rd party Advisor / Realtor® Partner. The Associate registers themself with the builder as the Buyer’s Agent of record, with RealtyPRO® Network’s State specific brokerage entity listed as the Associate’s brokerage, usually also with our State license number. Most of the time the buyer must be registered with the builder before the buyer visits a model home or speaks extensively with the builder. RealtyPRO® Associates should register buyers with the builder, and submit new construction referrals through our system early so the referral and your commission can be properly protected.
Can I refer someone who wants to buy or sell luxury property?
Yes. Luxury referrals are matched with an experienced Advisor who understands luxury marketing, privacy, pricing strategy, negotiation, and high-net-worth client expectations.
RealtyPRO® Network’s emphasis on vetted experienced Advisors is especially important for luxury transactions because the client experience and brand reputation matter even more.
Can I refer renters or landlords?
Rental referrals may be possible depending on state law, brokerage policy, compensation rules, and whether a qualified professional is available.
Because rental commission structures vary widely by market, Associates should submit the opportunity and let RealtyPRO® Network determine whether it can be handled under the applicable referral and compensation rules.
Can I refer business sales?
Depending on license law, brokerage rules, and the nature of the transaction, business sale referrals may also be possible.
Some business opportunities involve real estate, leases, assets, goodwill, or specialized brokerage requirements. These should be reviewed carefully by RealtyPRO® Network so the referral is handled by the right professional and in compliance with applicable rules.
Does RealtyPRO® Network get a referral agreement signed?
Yes. RealtyPRO® Network protects the referral with a written referral agreement before client information is fully shared with the receiving agent or brokerage.
This is important because the agreement defines the referral fee, responsibilities, and payment expectations. A handshake referral is risky; a written agreement protects everyone.
Can I choose my own Realtor® for my referral?
Yes. A RealtyPRO® Associate may request or choose their own Realtor® for a referral, but the Realtor® must be experienced and acceptable to RealtyPRO® Network.
We do not send referrals to new inexperienced agents. This is because the Associate, the receiving agent, and RealtyPRO® Network are all putting their good names behind the referral. RealtyPRO® is building a “Top Gun” network of the best-of- the-best agents, so quality matters for our brand.
Is my client referral information confidential?
Yes. RealtyPRO® Network treats client referral information as confidential and shares it only at the appropriate time with the parties necessary to evaluate, protect, and service the client referral.
This protects the client, the Associate, and the referral relationship. RealtyPRO®‘s professional referral system does not casually distribute client information without a proper process.
Can I refer my own real estate transaction and get paid?
Yes. A RealtyPRO® Associate with an active license and membership is able to refer their own transaction and receive a referral commission paid through our brokerage when the transaction closes, subject to applicable law, brokerage rules, disclosure requirements, and referral agreement terms.
This can be a smart alternative if you do not want to personally handle or manage your complex transaction(s), all the constantly updated procedures and contract and addenda paperwork involved, or do not have MLS access.
Can I refer a family member and earn a referral commission?
Yes. You can refer family members buying or selling in any state, provided the referral is properly disclosed and handled through a RealtyPRO® referral agreement, which our system does.
The key is to protect the referral (and your commission) before the client is introduced to the partnered Realtor® Advisor. Family referrals are common because trust already exists. And even better, since you are not directly servicing your family member as their Realtor®, the relationship is saved if anything should go sideways. Becoming a RealtyPRO® Associate is also a solution to the primary reason buyers or sellers don’t typically directly utilize a family member as their personal Realtor®.
Can I refer friends and neighbors?
Yes. Friends, neighbors, former coworkers, church contacts, community contacts, and social media connections can all be legitimate referral sources.
And it’s easier than ever before using your personalized ARC link, a RealtyPRO® exclusive. A RealtyPRO® Associate “concierge” should focus on being helpful, not pushy. The message is that you now operate your business nationally, and can connect people anywhere with experienced and specialized real estate professionals when they need help, which are more likely to save them a lot of money, and at no additional cost to them.
Can I refer past clients from when I used to sell real estate?
Yes, absolutely, if permitted by applicable law, brokerage rules, and any prior agreements. Past clients can be excellent referral opportunities because they already know and trust you.
If you no longer want to handle transactions personally, RealtyPRO® Network can help you route them to an experienced Advisor which will pay you a referral fee when closed.
Can I refer someone who already has a Realtor®?
Usually, you should not interfere with an existing agency relationship. If a client is already represented, the situation must be handled carefully.
Associates should ask whether the client has already signed a representation agreement and wants out of it, and should add a note to RealtyPRO® Network when submitting the referral through our system.
Can I refer someone who is just thinking about buying or selling later?
Yes. Early-stage referrals can be valuable if handled properly.
Not every client is ready today. Some may be six months or two years away. RealtyPRO® Network can still help connect them with an Advisor for education, planning, market updates, and relationship-building
