NEW YORK CITY

Moore Joins Rockefeller as EVP, Urban Development Head

The Rockefeller Group has hired Daniel Moore as an executive vice president and head of urban development nationally. Moore will take on responsibility for the strategic direction and growth of the company’s office, resident and mixed-use development portfolio.

Moore has spent the past 16 years with Hines Interests LP in Washington, D.C., most recently serving as managing director responsible for the company’s new business development and equity capital relationships throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Earlier in his career he was a vice president with Hines U.S. Office Value Added Funds I and II after managing Hines’ Fairfield County office. Hines was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.


LOS ANGELES

Grosskopf Joins Wilshire Construction as COO

Randy Grosskopf has joined Wilshire Construction in Los Angeles, CA as its chief operating officer. Grosskopf brings three decades of office and field operations experience.

Most recently a principal with global development and construction firm Lendlease Corporation, Grosskopf managed a 50-person Los Angeles office that is serving as construction manager for two of the largest mixed-use developments in downtown Los Angeles. During the course of his 30-year career, Grosskopf held similar positions with The PENTA Building Group, Bernards and Turner Construction.

Starboard TCN Names Co-Western Regional VP

Craig Hansson has been appointed by Starboard TCN Worldwide to serve as co-western regional vice president with a focus on collaborating with other western regional members.

Hansson currently serves as a senior sales and leasing specialist with the firm. In the past year he brokered more than $100 million in sales and more than 500,000 square feet in leases.

NY Building Congress Names Three New Board Members

The New York Building Congress (NYBC), a coalition of business, labor, professional, and governmental organizations serving the design, construction, and real estate industry, has named three new members to its board of directors.

Berkadia Brings Bray to Atlanta Team

John W. Bray has joined commercial real estate services company Berkadia as senior managing director. In his new role, Bray will work alongside senior managing director Richard Levine to expand Berkadia’s mortgage banking footprint in the Southeast through leveraging Berkadia’s integrated investment sales and servicing platforms.

A 20-year industry veteran Bray served as the regional managing director of JLL’s Atlanta capital markets group before making the transition to Berkadia.

Phillips Edison Promotes Stamper to Regional VP

Phillips Edison Co. has promoted Dawn Stamper to regional vice president. In her new role, Stamper will be responsible for all property management functions for Phillips Edison’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio and serve as the primary contact for all property management business involving the company’s third-party and joint venture partners.

Stamper originally joined Phillips Edison in 2007 as the assistant director of property management before earning a promotion to director of property management in 2008. In 2014, she was named senior director. Before that she served as a property manager with Regency Centers.
