Some unscrupulous dishonest real estate brokers have copied Daniel Biro’s innovative Referral Agent brokerage model, and even egregiously plagiarized copyrighted content directly from the RealtyPRO Network website and his social media posts, to falsely claim the model as their own creation. Some have even created fake registrations in order to steal our hard work in the form of automated email notification responses and additional marketing materials.
FYI: ChatGPT and other AI’s are now significant factors in the increase of fraud, copying, plagiarizing, and re-writing copyrighted content by unscrupulous frauds trying to take credit for others’ hard work.
[UPDATE: Very soon after we posted this page about creeper Dana Jensen’s public PR deceptions, he changed the year he started his business entity to 2015 on his website (rather than the 2010 lie he has used on some of his false PR submissions). So we know he is actively creeping on the RealtyPRO Network website as has been his pattern or practice to create Realty Connect. Sad we have to do this to try and keep the creep honest and public informed of the truth.]
The most egregious and dishonest broker we’ve seen thus far “dealing dishonestly with the public” (a violation of real estate license law) is creeper Dana Jensen of Realty Connect. In multiple fabricated fake “news” PR stories (and also previously on LinkedIn but then he changed it when we caught him), creeper Dana Jensen has been lying falsely claiming that “<he> created <Daniel Biro’s> innovative referral agent brokerage model in 2008” (paraphrased), plagiarized from RealtyPRO’s broker and founder Daniel Biro and when Biro actually created it from scratch around 2008, and opened the RealtyPRO Network Referral Agent Brokerage in January 2010, about a full decade before Realty Connect was even officially registered with the state of Virginia as a business (see the link to Virginia public records below).
We believe that a big part of creep Dana Jensen’s egregious dishonest dealings with the public, in at least this matter, has been to “steal” RealtyPRO’s innovative Referral Agent brokerage model, plagiarize a lot of RealtyPRO’s and Daniel Biro’s content, and falsely claim he is the creator of Biro’s referral agent model to manipulate the public for undeserved recognition and unfair market share for Realty Connect’s sale to EXP Realty, Inc (in August 2024). And of course try to bully RealtyPRO Network out of business with shot-gunned fake PR “news”, to manipulate you and the greater public to believe Dana Jensen’s egregious lies.
Should you trust Realty Connect’s dishonest broker Dana Jensen, egregiously lying to the public right from the start in fabricated fake PR news and trying to take credit for Daniel Biro’s Real Estate Referral Agent model created nearly a full decade earlier? What else has Realty Connect’s Dana Jensen been lying and dishonest to you about?
Can YOU imagine this level of public deception or fraud from a licensed real estate broker?
How would you feel if a liar or fraud creep masquerading as a good guy, directly copied your original innovative creation and plagiarized your content which took you 1000’s of hours and years of trial and error iterations to formulate?
And then even worse, what if the creeper sociopath not only copied you and your content, but also fraudulently tried to take full credit for your innovative creation or business model in a mass of self-written fake PR news submissions, essentially claiming that all your hard work to create and prove the innovative model was supposedly all their idea, just like creeper Dana Jensen has done?
But wait there’s more…What if that pathological liar creeper created his company many years after yours, but also plagiarized your truthful origin story of exactly why and when you originally created the model? And what if the creep’s fabricated PR news submissions also eventually started including that he supposedly started his company the same exact year that you did, to conceal from the public his nearly decade “delay” with the tap of a keyboard, just as creeper Dana Jensen has also lied to the public trying to take credit for Daniel Biro’s RealtyPRO Referral Agent brokerage model?
Crazy right? We don’t say this lightly, but isn’t that kind of creep what we would call a pathological liar and/or sociopathic stalker?
Realty Connect’s Dana Jensen is an egregious liar dealing dishonestly with the public, which is also a violation of real estate license law and Realtor ethics. What else is he trying to deceive the public about?
It’s quite clear to us that creep Dana Jensen has been egregiously lying and misrepresenting himself to the public, fraudulently trying to take credit for Daniel Biro’s referral agent brokerage model, most likely as an unfair illegal trade practice to boost his memberships and sales price of Realty Connect to EXP Realty, Inc. in August 2024.
Dana Jensen of Realty Connect, dealing dishonestly to the public, even plagiarized Daniel Biro’s authentic origin story of when and why Biro actually created the new innovative Referral Agent business model during the 2007-2009 real estate market collapse, specifically to help his real estate industry friends and colleagues, and their families survive. But Jensen also laughably added that supposedly “people laughed at him for his idea” in 2008, which is a phrase some dishonest marketers also use to manipulate an emotional response from the public, copied from Joseph Campbell’s “The Hero’s Journey”.
Daniel Biro’s authentic origin story was published publicly on the RealtyPRO website nearly A DECADE before Dana Jensen ever even first registered the realtyconnect dot com entity (and that doesn’t even mean open for business), which the Virginia State Corporation Commission public record only shows to be officially formulated on November 14, 2018, about nine years after the RealtyPRO Network Referral Agent brokerage was officially registered in January 2010 and immediately opened for business.
Why did creeper Dana Jensen egregiously lie publicly about the year he actually formulated the Realty Connect dot com LLC and copied RealtyPRO Network’s Referral Agent brokerage model and plagiarized Daniel Biro’s actual origin story?
Realty Connect’s Dana Jensen has also lied multiple times in consecutive self-written fake news PR posts and/or social media about the ever changing year he supposedly created Realty Connect. You can find this in Google searches. He finally settled on 2010 to exactly match RealtyPRO Network’s opening year. We see Jensen’s egregiously lying to mislead and manipulate the public as a means to dishonestly take nearly a full decade of actual time delay out between Jensen’s original plagiarized origin story (of Daniel Biro actually creating the Referral Agent model in 2008) and when he actually opened Realty Connect in 2019, which he obviously felt he still had to run with for his original dishonest origin story fabrication to be more believable. More lies to cover lies.
We believe most of Dana Jensen’s intentionally misleading lies, public PR fake news deceptions, and licensee and public manipulations were fraudulent unfair trade practices intentionally meant to deceive the public to falsely take credit for Daniel Biro’s original Referral Agent brokerage model, fraudulently boost his credibility, fraudulently boost recognition and memberships through false and misleading claims, and to increases a sales price to EXP Realty in August 2024.
Dana Jensen lied to the public multiple times to intentionally mislead YOU. Dana Jensen did not open Realty Connect in 2010 as RealtyPRO Network had, or anywhere close to that year (2019). Dana Jensen also falsified his origin story which was directly plagiarized from RealtyPRO Network’s founder Daniel Biro who published his nearly exact origin story about a decade earlier.
Dealing honestly with the public is a substantial part of license law and the Realtor Code of Ethics, which Daniel Biro and RealtyPRO Network hold dearly. To us, Dana Jensen has been clearly dealing dishonestly with the public and/or violating Realtor ethics rules, with the nefarious intention to fraudulently increase his credibility, steal market recognition and market share, and increase a sales price to EXP Realty, Inc. It’s about pure greed and money, not about you.
Dealing dishonestly with the public and real estate licensees for money, is defrauding the public right from his start. So shouldn’t you question and find out what else Dana Jensen has been lying to you about?
It took Daniel Biro years and thousands of hours of hard work and hundreds of iterations to formulate this new innovative referral agent business model plan with all its internal workings. RealtyPRO Network has also had some dishonest people create fake registrations in order to steal our automated email notification responses and additional marketing materials, which also took us many iterations and hundreds of hours of trial and error to accomplish. We did all the hard work, not the dishonest fraudulent brokers who have copied and plagiarized our referral agent business model and associated content, and claiming it as theirs. The truth wants to be questioned and can be uncovered; frauds, thieves, and criminals do not.
