A heartfelt message to potential RealtyPRO Referral Agents™…

Hello, my name is Dan Biro (connect w/me personally on LinkedIn), the founder & broker of RealtyPRO^® Network and creator of the first ever non-Realtor^® Referral Agent™ brokerage model, now being egregiously copied. I was formerly a carpenter (furniture making, demolition/remodeling, home additions, roofing, siding, factory building maintenance, etc.), electrician, RF Systems Engineer & consultant (BS in Electronic Engineering), licensed mortgage broker, and licensed real estate agent and broker for over 21 years. After barely surviving the 2008 real estate market crash that many of my Realtor^® friends and colleagues (and their families), even decades in the industry, had drowned-in of no fault of their own, I knew there had to be a better way for us agents to at least protect our professional license status and reputation, client and contact lists, and businesses we spent years of hard work building, during unpredictable real estate “downturns”. It was a very tough time, and at one point I even had to go back to my construction roots and swing a hammer again to survive. (Thankfully I like physical labor and problem solving projects.)

Through all the hardships rom 2007-2009, I began creating and innovating from scratch the non-Realtor Referral Agent™ Brokerage business model, which some dishonest plagiarizing brokers are now trying to claim publicly as theirs in their self-written fake-news PR “news” posts (see the important Licensee & Consumer Alert / Warning below ). I officially launched the RealtyPRO^® Network company in January 2010, as the first and entirely new and original Referral Agent™ brokerage model, for my many hard working and well meaning Realtor^® colleagues and friends like you. My innovative Referral Agent™ model helps you stay informed in the lucrative real estate industry as a RealtyPRO^®, keep and even build your professional status and trust, and prepares you for new opportunities to increase your income to solve your problems.

I’m sharing this with you for full transparency, so you know I’m a regular person who has also gone through hell. I have never gotten a free ride or copied anyone’s work, but worked very hard and tried to learn as much as possible in many different areas, to then apply that knowledge to help myself and other good people like you too. I also realized that you get paid based on the value you give to others.

So unlike some dishonest brokers who just copied and plagiarized all my years of hard work and experience, I’m very proud to offer my Referral Agents™ and clients the peace of mind knowing they are working with a true professional who has worked nearly every aspect of home building/construction, drafting/design, engineering, additions/renovations, real estate, and mortgage/financing industries from the bottom up for the past 30+ years. So please be aware and be careful, as we’ve identified some unscrupulous and dishonest brokers or their agents who nefariously contacted RealtyPRO^® Network to act like they were registering, only to copy and even plagiarize Daniel Biro’s RealtyPRO^® Referral Agent™ business model, copyrighted website copy, social media copy, FAQs, and automated email notification content, more or less “stealing” Dan’s 1000’s of hours and hundreds of iterations of his hard work. Some have even dishonestly claimed that Daniel Biro’s Referral Agent™ model is their own in fake self-posted PR “news”.  This is today’s world where fabricated fake news and deceptions are rampant, especially now with AI.

These dishonest, deceptive, or even fraudulent brokers are lying to you and the public.

“Dealing honestly with the public” is a substantial rule of real estate license law (and the Realtor^® Code of Ethics) that Dan holds dearly. These brokers have been clearly violating this part of license law and ethics rules. We see their dealing dishonestly with the public and licensees as violating license law and defrauding the public right from the start. So what else are they lying to licensees and the public about regarding themselves and/or their brokerages?
