Becoming an Advisor has Minimum Qualifications:

• You are absolutely committed to continuous professional and personal education, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

• You have a valid/current and active Real Estate License, and are in good standing with your current real estate brokerage (where your real estate license is hung or held).

• You have never had any professional disciplinary actions against you (Realtor board related or from your state’s division of real estate).

• You have completed and are current with your state’s required PE or CE education requirements.

• You are a member in good standing with NAR, your state’s Realtor Association, and local Realtor Association (the term Realtor is a professional registered service mark of the National Association of Realtors – NAR).

• You have at least 2 years continuous current experience as an active licensed real estate agent/Realtor.

• You have been actively involved in at least 20 real estate transactions in the past 3 years, with at least 3 short sale and 3 foreclosure transactions.

• You have read, understand and agree to our Terms of Service and Use.

• You have read, understand and agree to our Privacy Policy.
