    • Multiple self-submitted press releases authored by Dana Jensen claim he created an “innovative referral‑agent brokerage model” as early as 2008. However he did not. 
    • Public records show RealtyConnect.com, LLC was not formed until November 14, 2018 in Virginia, with business operations reportedly beginning in 2019.
    • Daniel Biro published his truthful origin story in 2010 of why and when he created the RealtyPRO Network Referral Agent business model between 2008-2009 (which Dana Jensen plagiarized) and then officially opened the RealtyPRO Network referral agent brokerage for business in January 2010.
  2. Dana Jensen Plagiarism of Copyrighted Content
    • Significant portions of RealtyPRO® Network web copy, phrases, email notifications, and marketing materials have been reproduced—sometimes verbatim—on the RealtyConnect website and promotional videos, PR News sites, and other publications, without RealtyPRO Network permission or consent.
