Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Names Daniel Dannenmann Chief Operating Officer

Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced Daniel Dannenmann as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. As the newest member of the growing brand’s senior leadership team, Dannenmann will oversee all aspects of domestic and international business operations, including servicing, financial management and collaboration with the brand’s franchise sales team. He will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Sherry Chris.

Dannenmann brings a wealth of experience across franchise brand development, operations and learning in growth environments in the United States and abroad. Most recently, Dannenmann served as Vice President for Asia Pacific at customer experience research firm BARE International.  As a member of BARE International’s executive leadership team, he held additional roles with responsibility for Global Strategy & Global Human Resources. He has also held positions at leading hospitality brands including Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Hotel Group and Marriott International.

At BARE International, Dannenmann led global strategic planning across all markets, where he headed multiple projects aimed at driving the business’s focus on new technologies, process optimization and organizational development. In his prior role at Dolce Hotels & Resorts, he led all brand support efforts including operational training, brand standards, consumer satisfaction measurement and purchasing. Born in Germany, Dannenmann brings a unique perspective to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as it looks to further expand its franchise operations domestically and internationally.

Dannenmann received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and earned an MBA from Clemson University.
