Trulia created an interactive hotspot map for Pokémon GO players across Chicago to find Pokémon, and it’s even mapped out according to different types (sorry if you’re looking for a Charizard — the fire Pokémon are few and far between).

The Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) is hosting a long list of events this summer throughout the metro area, all of which are free or discounted for CAR members. The list includes a networking breakfast, outreach meeting and global council.

Real estate-owned purchases purchases accounted for 6.9 percent of total Chicago residential sales in April, according to CoreLogic, while short sales held a share of 5 percent. Out of total sales, distressed homes in Illinois made up 18.5 percent of all homes sold in April 2016.
