Commercial Innovation Grants

The Commercial Innovation Grant Program assists REALTOR® associations with funding to help local and state associations launch new or make innovative enhancements to commercial services.

To apply, download and complete the Commercial Innovation Grant Application (.DOC, 35KB). If you have any questions during the application process, please contact Shara Varner at 312-329-8282 or via email at svarner@realtors.org.

Key Dates for the second cycle of 2016 Commercial Innovation Grant Applications:

June 1st: Application period opened
July 31st: All application materials due
August 31st: Grant recipients contacted

Don’t forget: first cycle grant recipients must download and complete the executive summary (.DOC, 17KB). Completed forms must be submitted to Shara Varner by December 31st, 2016.

I've had my license affiliated with RealtyPro for about two years now and I love the company. They are great communicators! Also, the owner helped me get a great Realtor lined up to sell my own home after relocating cities last year. It was nice being able to still reap the benefits of my license financially even when in transition!! RealtyPro was a great place to activate my license for the first time while I determined the path I wanted to take in real estate. Once I chose another path, Dan at RealtyPro was very understanding and promptly canceled my autodraft payment for the following year. He welcomed me back at any time in the future. I didn't even know that it was possible to hang my real estate license as a RealtyPRO Associate referral agent and not have to pay to be a realtor. This worked great because I'm doing something else now, don't have the time. My cousin was buying a house, I referred her to a realtor through the website, and I got a check for over 2K for basically doing nothing, just hooking her up with a good agent.
