NBA Hall of Famer Larry Bird is banking on a longshot to sell his waterfront home in Florida and has dunked the asking price by $200,000 after 3 years on the market, according to Realtor.com.

The Indiana Pacers president tricked out his stately gated retreat with a gourmet kitchen, home theater, marble-top bar with saltwater aquarium, infinity-edge pool with its own tiki hut, 4-car garage and boat dock. The only amenity this Bird’s nest lacks is a basketball court.

RealtyPro was a great place to activate my license for the first time while I determined the path I wanted to take in real estate. I didn't even know that it was possible to hang my real estate license as a RealtyPRO Associate referral agent and not have to pay to be a realtor. This worked great because I'm doing something else now, don't have the time. My cousin was buying a house, I referred her to a realtor through the website, and I got a check for over 2K for basically doing nothing, just hooking her up with a good agent.
