Floored’s 3-D interactive floor plans that enable potential renters and buyers to get an in-person feel of what a space looks like was customized exclusively for New York City-based StreetEasy and is now available for users of the listing service.

It’s no exodus, but some New Yorkers want more space, and they’re finding it in Long Island City. Three-bedroom condo sales in LIC jumped to 62 percent of the market share during the second quarter, accoridng to data form Modern Spaces NYC.

As of June 2016, New York State’s foreclosure inventory was at 3.1 percent, according to CoreLogic, and its serious delinquency rate was 5.6 percent, both of which are significantly higher than national averages.
