Mizuho Renews 105,000-SF Lease at Harborside Plaza 10
Mizuho Corporate Bank, the largest tenant at Harborside Plaza 10 in Jersey City, NJ, renewed its 105,000-square-foot lease for the top three floors of the building for an additional 15 years.
The 18-story, 582,081-square-foot, 5-Star office building is located on the Hudson River and neighbors the Harborside Financial Center complex, in close proximity to The Exchange Place PATH and Light Rail.

Lloyd’s Register Americas Recommits to Houston, Signs HQ Renewal
Lloyd’s Register, an engineering, technical services and business company headquartered in London, will maintain its U.S. headquarters in Houston after agreeing to extend its 86,892-square-foot lease at the Cardinal Health building at 1330 Enclave Pky. on a new three-year deal.
Lloyd’s will continue to fully occupy the second floor and the majority of the fourth floor of the 200,000-square-foot, four-story office building. The company has had its U.S. headquarters in Houston for the last 20 years.

Elevation Development Secures First Tenant at HUB Project in Denver
HomeAdvisor reached a deal with Elevation Development Group to anchor Elevation’s HUB project on a 58,000-square-foot lease.
The real estate information provider is the first tenant to sign on at the HUB, a 247,000-square-foot, six-story transit-oriented development set to break ground next month at 3601 Walnut St. in Denver’s Platte River area within the RINO Art District. In addition to the office space, the mixed-use development will include 27,000 square feet of retail space and a 150-key boutique hotel.

Ethos Leases 28,000 SF in Yardley
Ethos Health Communications, a health communications company, signed a lease for 28,016 square feet in the office building at 777 Township Line Rd. in Yardley, PA.
The three-story, 110,000-square-foot building was built in 2006 by Liberty Property Trust. Other tenants in this building include UPenn Health System, Good Shepard Penn Partners and Stark & Stark.

Macomb County Mental Health Services Leases 25,376 SF in Clinton Township
Macomb County Mental Health Services fully leased the 25,376-square-foot office building located within the Partridge Woods Medical Complex at 43800 Garfield Rd. in Clinton Township, MI.
The mental health services company signed a five-year lease to take over the entire building owned by American National Insurance Co. The new facility will house a 23-hour medically supervised observation program intended to reduce the number of patients admitted to hospitals solely for behavioral health issues.

Bohlin Cywinski Jackson Leases 19,000 SF in East Market
Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, a design company, has signed a lease for 18,543 square feet in the East Market office building at 34 S. 11th St. in Philadelphia, PA.
The eight-story building totals 243,216 square feet and is owned and managed by SSH Properties. Bohlin Cywinski Jackson’s lease includes the sixth floor. Other tenants in the building include MOM’s Organic Market and Marketplace Design Center.

innRoad Leases 16,000 SF for New Headquarters in Penn Plaza
innRoad, a software-as-a-service solution provider that integrates business services for independent hotels, signed a seven-year lease for 16,000 square feet in the office building at 519 Eighth Ave. in New York City.
The 26-story building totals 349,000 square feet in the Penn Plaza submarket of Manhattan. The building is owned and managed by the Kaufman Organization. innRoad’s seven-year lease is for the entire 15th floor. The tenant is moving its headquarters from leased space at 261 W. 35th St.
