Basic membership (Level 0) is $199/year. Fundamental membership (Level 1) is $399/year with additional benefits including priority matching and higher ARC™ rates.

We send your commission check immediately after we receive the gross referral commission from the closing/title company. Most payments arrive via direct deposit within 2-3 business days after closing.

Your license is held at RealtyPRO® Network’s partnered brokerage. We handle the brokerage requirements so you just focus on referrals. You’re responsible for your state’s required continuing education and license renewal fees.
Most states require at least 24 months of active license ‘experience’ under a brokerage before you can get your broker’s license. Activating with us starts that experience clock immediately—without the costly Realtor and MLS fees.
You must complete your state’s required CE hours to maintain your license. We provide access to discounted online CE courses through our partner providers.
