Freddie Mac Prices $1.1 Billion Multifamily K-Deal, K-F19

MCLEAN, VA–(Marketwired – Aug 2, 2016) – Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates) backed by floating-rate multifamily mortgages with predominantly 7-year terms. The approximately $1.1 billion in K Certificates (K-F19 Certificates) are expected to settle on or about August 17, 2016.

The K-F19 Certificates will not be rated, and include one senior principal and interest class and one interest-only class. The K-F19 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2016-KF19 Mortgage Trust (K-F19 Trust) and guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
